Exercise is an extremely important part of keeping your dog happy and healthy throughout their lifespan. An active dog stands the best chance of extending their lifespan and avoiding health complications.
Canine conditioning is essentially a fitness program for healthy dogs. It may focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and/or endurance. It can be used to facilitate a return to exercise, improve general fitness or performance and improve quality of life.
